Garment ERP for Bangladesh RMG factories
Karpan ERP is ERP software for ready-made garment (RMG) and textile factories in Bangladesh. It handles buyer orders by style, size and colour, size-wise BOMs, purchase, fabric lots, subcontracting, production WIP and order profit. Our team supports you from Jaipur, India, and plans can be paid in US dollars.

Big orders, many sizes, little time.
An export order in Bangladesh often means thousands of pieces in many colours and sizes, with fabric and trims bought for that one order and a ship date that does not move. Printing, embroidery or washing may go to another factory. Cutting, sewing and finishing run on different floors.
The problems are familiar: trims short for one size, fabric that fails inspection after cutting has started, pieces stuck between floors, and no clear profit figure until the order has shipped.
Karpan ERP puts the whole order in one system. The merchandiser enters it as a size and colour grid, the BOM works out fabric and trims by size, the store receives material by lot and inspects it, and production tracks pieces by department. See the full flow on garment manufacturing ERP.
What a Bangladesh factory gets in Karpan.
Buyer orders
Orders by style, size and colour, with excess per size. Choose the currency on each sale order, for example US dollars.
Order management →BOM by size and colour
Fabric and trims per size and colour with average consumption and approval, then purchase orders straight from the BOM.
BOM and planning →Fabric and trims by lot
Receive imported or local material by bale and vendor lot. Only inspected-OK quantity becomes usable stock.
Lot-wise inventory →Subcontracting
Send printing, embroidery, washing or other work to another factory and keep the material with each subcontractor on record.
Job work and subcontracting →Production and WIP
Work orders, issue to cutting, sewing and finishing, component WIP by size and colour, assembly and alteration stock.
Production and WIP →Order profit
Sales value against material, subcontract and other cost for every buyer order.
Several factories
Run several units and stores in one system, with branch-wise data, role permissions and a full audit trail.
Audit trail →Karpan AI
Ask about orders, stock and subcontract work in plain English. Answers are read-only.

Many export factories import fabric and trims duty-free under the bonded warehouse system. Each export order needs a utilization declaration (UD), issued through BGMEA or BKMEA, which in practice is a statement of how much of each material the order uses. Customs later checks imports against exports.
Karpan does not prepare UDs, connect to the e-UD platform or reconcile bond stock. What it does hold is the same kind of data your commercial team works from: a BOM for each order and style, and every material receipt by lot. Your UD and bond work stays in your current process.
Karpan also does not prepare VAT (Mushak) returns and is not accounting software. Keep those in your current software.
